From the caravan site, take the B184, A11 and then A1307 to Linton. Its on the B1052 between Linton and Balsham. 


Bartlow Hills - the largest barrows in Britain- 6 miles from Great Chesterford Bartlow Hills - the largest barrows in Britain 
The Romano-British cemetery at Bartlow is on the Essex/Cambridgeshire border near Linton. The largest is 45 feet high and the highest in Britain by far, with a wooden staircase to the top. You can then look down on the other two giants. The path starts at the church in Barlow - half a mile to the Hills.  
To get there from the caravan site, follow the above route to Linton, but keep going on the A1307 until you see signs for Bartlow.
