IMPORTANT - we do not have a sales counter at our office and limited stock is kept at the above address. Please contact us before travelling to make sure we have what you need ready for you. We can usually get items in from our distribution centre for you to collect within one working day. We can only accept cheques or cash as payment for items collected from us.

Delivery Options

In the checkout you can choose between the following delivery options. The delivery charge will be displayed before you enter your card details. Orders received before 12noon on a working day (Mon to Fri) will usually be despatched the same day.

EXAMPLES	Your order should be delivered no later than:
EXAMPLES	Express (1 or 2 working days)	Standard (up to 3 working days)	Economy (up to 5 working days)
Order on a Tuesday after noon	Thursday	Friday	Tuesday
Order on a Tuesday morning	Wednesday	Thursday	Monday
Order anytime between noon on Friday and noon on Monday	Tuesday	Wednesday	Friday

Standard and Economy deliveries will often arrive sooner than indicated above but you should allow for the timings above.
The timings above assume that all your items are in stock. Occasionally an item may be out of stock - in this case we will notify you as quickly as possible and you can choose to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If we are personalising items with logos there will be further delay in getting the order to you. We will inform you of the estimated delivery date.

For all delivery options a signature may be required on delivery (if you're not in a card will be left and you can telephone the carrier to arrange a convenient day for redelivery). Most orders are delivered by carriers such as FedEx (usually deliver only Mon to Fri), although very small orders may go via Royal Mail (and might be delivered on a Saturday).

International delivery is done using Royal Mail's Airmail service. There is a weight limit for this - if our checkout rejects the order as being too heavy, please email or phone us to see if there is any way we can get the order to you.

Certain items (e.g. identity wristbands) have free Economy delivery. You can choose to pay for a faster delivery service at the checkout.

Paying by credit or debit card

Our online store accepts all major credit and debit cards. Sorry - we cannot accept card payments by phone - only online

Other payment methods
