UV identity wristband in the shape of a watch which monitors the sun's ultra violet (UV) strength. The central UV sensitive area of the UV watch (identification wristband) indicates the level of sun exposure. Ideal for children on the beach. UV identity wristbands (UV watches) remind children that they need to put on more suncream and/or get out of the sun to protect themselves from UV light.
Use a fine-tipped permanent marker pen to write one or two telephone numbers on the UV identity wristband.

Being sun safe is important to all of us in order to live longer and healthier lives. If you're planning on being in the sun for extended periods of time or live in a sunny place then why not be informed as to when you have had enough UV exposure? The sun's UV rays still come through on cloudy days.
UV damage is cumulative: the damage builds up with each exposure to the sun. The skin can repair superficial damage like the redness and soreness of sunburn, but the underlying damage remains. Once your natural defenses against harmful UV rays are gone, you cannot get them back.
A significant proportion of your total lifetime exposure to sun/ UV light occurs before you are 18 years old. This means that children in particular will benefit from our UV identity wristbands.
